**Your Job Summary:**

As a Flight Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating flight operations and managing projects and processes related to pilot training and development. This includes developing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures, and setting operational goals. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project and process plans to improve pilot training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to pilots and other internal teams.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement changes to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and regulatory authorities.


About You:

  • You hold a current FAA ATP or EASA ATPL or international equivalent.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You have a minimum of 5000 hours total flight time in a public transport category aircraft.
  • You have a minimum of 1000 hours of flight instructor time.
  • You are eligible to handle US export-controlled data.
