Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Fleet Coordinator to join our team at Riser Transportation. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of vehicles and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Driver Support: Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques, provide guidance on vehicle operation, and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Cargo Management: Ensure the safety and security of cargo by tarping and handling dangerous goods, as well as maintaining accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid AZ class license and have a clean driving record.
  • Education and Experience: Possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in trucking or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a strong ability to work in a team environment.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
