The Selkirk College School of University Arts and Sciences is seeking a qualified instructor to teach Anthropology 101 and Anthropology 205 in the Fall 2024 semester.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver instruction to students in Anthropology at the 100- and 200-level.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students.
  • Evaluate student progress and achievement.
  • Ensure alignment of course outcomes, assessments, and evaluation.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Anthropology.
  • Successful post-secondary teaching experience.
  • Experience with Moodle Learning Management System is an asset.

Salary and Benefits

Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Selkirk College Faculty Association Collective Agreement. The salary range is $2,709.12 - $4,341.23 bi-weekly (at 100% appointment) and is based on qualifications and experience.
