Job Title: Lead Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our App team, you will be responsible for driving the foundational architecture of our two Native applications, including helping us grow from a small team to two fully staffed, high-velocity teams over the next year.

About the Role

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Mentoring a growing team of passionate engineers who care about building phenomenal products
  • Collaborating with our Architecture team to own and define the long-term technical roadmap for both applications
  • Leveraging your technical expertise to understand and interop with the wider product suite, including our mobile SDK, Developer Console, and internal Admin tooling
  • Revolutionizing the mobile gaming industry and helping bring eSports to everyone
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of full stack experience, including building and maintaining full stack web or mobile applications throughout their life cycle
  • Experience with maintaining highly scaled AWS-based back-end systems, including on-call rotations, and infrastructure experience
  • A desire to pursue a React Native-based mobile tech stack alongside your team, strong plus if you have hands-on experience in React Native, but not required
  • Excitement to learn and use new languages and technologies
