We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at CareCorp Senior Services. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Support residents with mobility and balance issues, including walking and transferring
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
