Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their safety and security needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular security patrols of assigned sites to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Write detailed reports of incidents and investigations
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment
Requirements
  • A valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written)
  • Vulnerable Sector Check
  • COVID Double Vaccination
