Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

SUNRISE WETASKIWIN DAYCARE INC. is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Responsibilities:
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Engage children in activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development, such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
  • Assist in planning and implementing programs that meet the needs of our children, including meal preparation and room setup.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the daycare.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE level 1) certification.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
