Job Title: Carpenter

DK Furniture Company is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare building layouts and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to create structures and fixtures.
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites.
  • Conduct site surveys and ensure accurate building levels.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • College diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
Work Environment:
  • On-site work with occasional travel.
  • 35-40 hours of work per week.
  • English language proficiency.
