The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Field/Pipeline Operator and 5 years previous related oil, industrial or pipeline experience. Additionally, the candidate must hold valid safety tickets (H2S, First Aid) and possess a valid class 5 license (NO GDL). A disciplined work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking samples and performing routine grind outs to measure sediment and water content and determine quality.
  • Performing tank gauging to measure tank contents and account for product stored and product moved into and out of tanks.
  • Hand gauging field tanks accurately.
  • Performing routine daily maintenance tasks.
  • Interpreting the plant's piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) and control schematics.
  • Understanding liquid measurement principles, such as flow metering and water cut.
