**Job Description**

As an Operational Excellence Business Transformation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving process improvement and operational efficiency within our Claims Optimization team. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure the impact of these changes. Your ability to demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, combined with your analytical skills and attention to detail, will be essential in achieving success in this role.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* 1 to 5+ years of experience as an advisor, analyst, or similar role
* STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) preferred
* Previous work experience in the insurance industry, particularly within the Claims department
* Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
* Applied project management and change management experience
* Beginner to Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
* Beginner to advanced process mapping skills, with value stream mapping experience an asset
* Analytical skills and high attention to detail
* Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and concepts to usable information for various levels of stakeholders
* Strong presentation skills to various levels of stakeholders
* Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset
* Curious in nature, with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
