About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Developer to join our team at Company 1 - The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company. As an Automation Developer, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and web-based solutions to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility
  • Design, develop, and configure automation process solutions
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver automation solutions
  • Develop and maintain solution documentation
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Automation (RPA) Development
  • Programming/coding certification in Automation Anywhere (Version 11.3 and/or AA360) or equivalent automation platform
  • Programming/coding experience in JavaScript, React, Redux, GraphQL, Apollo, or similar
  • Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL databases
  • Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and ability to illustrate business processes as workflow diagrams
  • Excellent documentation writing skills
  • Experience in an Agile Development model
