Sales Director

As a Sales Lead at Chico's FAS, Inc. - Retail, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting a customer-focused sales culture. You will work closely with management to achieve brand and performance standards, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

1. Drive Sales and Results
   
   Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for achieving sales and performance standards.
   
   Supervise sales, inventory receipt, and cash handling processes, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
   
   Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and productivity goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Build High-Performing Teams
   
   Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best, promoting a shared vision and core values.
   
   Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication and problem-solving.
3. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
   
   Model and teach the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a cohesive omni-channel experience for customers.
   
   Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building a loyal customer base through clienteling and wardrobing.
4. Talent Development and Engagement
   
   Support and implement training programs, ensuring associates have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
   
   Recognize and reward outstanding performance, driving associate engagement and motivation.

Additional responsibilities may include assisting with store operations, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred

Excellent communication, verbal and written skills

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

The wage range for this position is $17.50 to $22.00. Successful candidates' wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.

Physical Requirements:

Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift

Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift

Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
