Kitchen Team Lead

At Tim Hortons 1582, we are seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Lead to oversee the preparation and portioning of food. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to establish work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
