Job SummaryWe're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chiropractor to provide high-quality care and personalized treatment plans to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our Clinic Director to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Client Care: Utilize your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality care and personalized treatment plans to our clients.
- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Perform thorough assessments to understand clients' symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals, and develop individualized action plans to help them achieve their movement health objectives.
- Documentation and Communication: Accurately document clients' conditions and progress, adhering to charting expectations, and engage clients using available technology and software to enhance their experience.
- Business Development: Build and manage your own caseload by engaging with local referral sources, and participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education to continually enhance your skills.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with your Clinic Director to identify and meet your training and development needs, and contribute positively to clinic culture, mentor students, and cover shifts when needed.
- Licensure and Insurance: Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college, and appropriate liability insurance.
- Client Focus: Ability to thrive on feedback and adjust client care and performance accordingly, and demonstrate a client-focused approach through behaviors such as cross-referring, follow-ups, and managing outreach.
- Personal and Professional Growth: Commitment to personal and professional growth through learning and collaboration, and a goal-oriented approach to setting and achieving targets in partnership with the Clinic Director.
