- Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Manage the store's cash handling and banking procedures.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Experience in a retail or sales environment, with a focus on customer service.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10kg.
- A 35 hour working week.
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday allowance.
