Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at ALPHA LIQUOR DISCOUNT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, order merchandise, and authorize return of merchandise.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments by cheque, and sell merchandise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
