Job Overview

The Public Sector Client Lead will play a key role in driving commercial outcomes for Provincial/Territorial governments, Crown Corporations, and other public sector clients. This individual will develop and execute sales and relationship management strategies to meet the needs of these clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account management plans for public sector accounts.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to ensure profitable outcomes for both Interac and its clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their digital verification and payments roadmaps and strategies across all product lines and service platforms.
  • Understand and articulate Interac products, with a focus on Interac Verified and Interac's payment services.
  • Deepen existing relationships in an increasingly competitive environment.
  • Foster productive relationships at all levels within client institutions and the Interac organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for client executives and leadership.
  • Participate in Advisory Committees with designated functional departments as assigned.
  • Support Product Development by participating in the Interac Delivery model, sharing client strategies and priorities, socializing new concepts, and testing solutions and business models with clients.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients internally to capture their voice in future product and process enhancements.
