We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Paul's NOFRILLS Ponoka. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meats for sale.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Weigh meats for sale
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets
- Grind meats
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special orders
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
- Fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
