Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to join our team at SurePrint Avenida. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating high-speed printing equipment, ensuring high-quality prints and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review work orders to determine job specifications and set up printing machines accordingly.
  • Input codes and programming data on console keyboards of computerized machines.
  • Operate and monitor printing machines during print runs, making adjustments as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and organization.
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Computerized high-speed color copiers.
  • Laser printers.
  • Printing machines.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
