Responsabilités

Ramasser et livrer des colis de façon courtoise et efficace dans le secteur attribué ; vérifier chaque envoi pour voir s'il respecte les modalités de service de Federal Express Canada et assumer des fonctions complémentaires de service à la clientèle.

Compétences requises
  • Titre d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
  • Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite
  • Aptitude à soulever des charges de 70 lb et à manoeuvrer des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb avec l'aide d'un appareil approprié
  • Expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle (1 an minimum)
  • Compétences de communication et d'entregent
  • Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l'organisation
  • Excellente maîtrise du service à la clientèle
  • Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches de front, de s'adapter au stress et de travailler sous une forte pression
  • Flexibilité pour travailler avec des horaires variables et pendant les congés si les besoins de l'entreprise le justifient

SHIFT : Sat-Sun-Mon. Début de la journée le SAM/SUN à 9h pour un poste de 8 heures. Pour lundi, le début de la journée est basé sur les besoins opérationnels et la durée du poste peut aller de 4 à 8 heures.
