Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, greet patrons, and present menus to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
  • Communication: Describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise customers on menu selections.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Physical Demands
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
