About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Stratford Motor Products. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional repair and maintenance services for our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify faults and malfunctions in mechanical units, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective repairs.
  • Repair and Replace Parts: Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other essential tasks to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Systems: Thoroughly test and adjust repaired systems to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications and are safe for customer use.
  • Complete Reports: Accurately document problems and work performed, providing detailed reports to customers and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
