We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our team at TULLOCH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a group of civil engineers and technologists, as well as overseeing client relations and engagement. You will also be involved in establishing new projects and providing project updates to the Civil Engineering Lead and General Manager.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering or a related program
• 10+ years of experience working in the design and management of land development and municipal infrastructure projects
• P.Eng. licence (required)
• Knowledge of applicable government submission and review processes and technical standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software
• Thorough understanding of general engineering concepts, practices, and legislative requirements
• Experience managing and supervising other professionals
• High motivation with results-oriented focus
• Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Unwavering commitment to health and safety in the workplace
