About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 4430414 Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Transactions: Process cash, credit card, and other payment methods, maintaining accurate sales records and inventory control.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits, and be able to communicate this effectively to customers.
  • Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support other sales team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
