About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Director to join our team at Chad Management Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Controllership: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, investments, and funding facilities to optimize financial performance.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the integrity of our financial systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CPA/CA) with at least 10-12 years of progressive financial management experience.
  • A track record of success serving in a VP Finance/Controller or related role, preferably in a publicly traded organization.
  • Previous experience working in a dynamic environment with exposure to financial services.
  • Natural leadership skills, with a strong ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights.
