Job Title: Electronic Systems Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Systems Supervisor to join our team at J&K Electrical Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Electronic Systems Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of electronics technicians, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of electronics technicians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, test, and repair electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Work Planning: Plan and coordinate work activities to meet project deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronics maintenance and repair.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to lift up to 25 kg.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
