We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in defining operational growth models and driving business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing KPIs, overseeing logistics, and supporting service triage.
Key Responsibilities:- Triage work orders to USA and international partners, technicians, and customers.
- Clearly communicate work schedules to all invested parties (partners, technicians, and customers).
- Develop and implement service support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
The Agricultural Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for creating shipping labels and custom invoices for all outbound and inbound Finished Goods. They will upload FG orders to the shipment tracking system, oversee and manage FG and operations logistics, provide logistics decision support, and implement and maintain best practices for supply chain management.
KPI Management:- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform cost and performance analysis of production, service, and inventory.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making. They will also have excellent team management abilities, proven ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in operations management software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
