Key Responsibilities
  • Create a unique and honest experience for our customers by being an expert in our products and services.
  • Manage your associate team through effective development, observation, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of merchandising standards in our stores and ensure they are always looking fresh and on-brand.
  • Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operations.
Requirements
  • At least one year of working experience in a fashion retailer, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Luxury apparel experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dynamic, customer-oriented, and sales-driven.
  • Professional attitude and behavior, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for the brand and an appreciation of fashion and quality.
