Millwright Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright to join our team at the Red Chris Mine. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and construction duties on stationary equipment in our 30-ton per day crusher plant and concentrator.
Key Responsibilities- Repair, adjust, maintain, and improve stationary equipment to optimize equipment availability and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with OHS, Mines Act, and Red Chris Policies and Procedures.
- Work outdoors in severe conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
- Provide mentorship and assist training of apprentices.
- Champion safe work practices and work in maintenance management systems.
- Log information and create reports as required.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright certification.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Computer skills and experience with pumps, conveyors, mills, and piping in a mining environment.
- Experience with Gyratory Crushers and living and working in remote camp environments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and a team player attitude.
