- Set and confirm client appointments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Produce reports as needed to support business decisions.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Computer literate and telephone savvy.
- Passion for teamwork and exceptional organizational skills.
- Bonus points if you have call center experience specifically in inbound/outbound sales.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License upon employment.
