Role Description:

Diesel Mechanic AAA Precision Industries ltd is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections and repairs on heavy trucks, ensuring they are in a safe and roadworthy condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts.
  • Keep maintenance records and documentation.
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications.
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work.
  • Perform repair work on heavy trucks.
  • Verify and repair emission control systems.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in diesel mechanics or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant certifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
