We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Staff Member to join our team at Non Stop Pizza & Indian Curry (Fleetwood).
Key Responsibilities- Loading buspans and trays, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items to meet customer demands.
- Portioning and wrapping foods for take-out orders.
- Stocking refrigerators and salad bars to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Cleaning and polishing floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits as needed.
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting and provide excellent client service.
- Reliable, efficient interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week in a physically demanding environment with varying temperatures. A criminal record check will be performed prior to employment.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience. Benefits may include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a competitive compensation package.
