Job Title: Real Estate Law Clerk

Terrence M. Romanow is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, drafting legal documents, and assisting lawyers in preparation for mediation and judicial dispute resolutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative services, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Draft contracts, prepare promissory notes, and draw up wills, mortgages, and other legal documents
  • Research records, court files, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Arrange pre-trial conferences and hearings, and assist lawyers in preparation
  • Draft legal correspondence, including letters and memos
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts and wills
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
