Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouseperson to join our team at TRANSNET FREIGHT LTD. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient loading, unloading, and movement of products and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
  • Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Make labels and attach them to goods
  • Wrap goods and pack them securely
  • Sort, crate, and stack goods for efficient storage and transportation
  • Install, lash, and secure goods for safe transportation
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Work Environment

Our warehouse is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. You will be working in a team-oriented setting, with a focus on safety and efficiency. As a Warehouseperson, you will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and be able to lift, bend, and move heavy objects.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Will train on the job
  • Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
