At Cherish at Central Park, we're dedicated to creating a nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life for our senior residents. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet residents with a warm smile
- Manage accounts payable and basic bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize computer and accounting skills to maintain accurate records and reports
- Organize schedules, file documents, and respond to emergency calls in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the onsite manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- 1 year of front desk experience
- 1 year of administrative experience
- 1 year of bookkeeping experience
- Fluent oral and written English
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate
- Part-time hours: 15 hours per week
- Evening shift: Saturday and Sunday, 3:30pm - 11:30pm
- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team
