Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Camelot Court Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Co-ordinate and oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure all areas meet our high standards.
- Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as required, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting.
- Support cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance as needed.
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
