We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at Golderado Contracting Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and schedule construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Direct and supervise construction crews to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
- Collaborate with safety advisors to implement and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement effective construction plans to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a superintendent role.
- 10+ years of civil construction experience.
- 3-5 years of Underground Utilities experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and proprietary software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
