Reliable Part-Time Childcare Provider Wanted for Richmond Family

We are a family of four residing in a condo with two young children who speak English and Cantonese. Our 5-year-old is currently in grade K, learning letters and numbers, and has weekly homework to complete after school care. The 2-year-old is still in diapers and enjoys exploring toys and gadgets.
The children both enjoy reading storybooks and playing with cars, but are still learning to share and be gentle with each other. We are looking for a part-time childcare provider for occasional parent nights out, where the typical evening routine would involve dinner from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, including fruit and yogurt as dessert, followed by half an hour of homework time and drawing time.
After that, there would be half an hour of screen time and half an hour of play time before bath time at 9pm. We aim to have the children in bed by 10pm.
We have a specific date in mind for this arrangement - November 8th - and would like someone to care for our children from 6pm to 10:30pm. As a reliable and trustworthy childcare provider, you would be responsible for ensuring the children's safety and well-being during this time.
Given the nature of this role, we estimate the hourly rate to be around $18-$20 per hour, based on the location and the level of care required. This would translate to a total payment of approximately $144-$160 for the duration of the engagement.
