About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Hospitality Leader to join our team at Donnelly Group. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of service professionals to provide outstanding customer service and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement
  • Collaborate with our veteran team of General Managers and Directors to achieve business goals and support personal growth
  • Manage floor coverage, coordinate side-by-sides, and oversee operational and administrative duties, including Gordon Foods ordering and dry goods inventory management
