Job Title: Unregulated Care Provider

At Southbridge Care Homes, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Unregulated Care Provider to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring and motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents. As an Unregulated Care Provider, you will work closely with our care team to provide direct personal and nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Offer emotional and social support to residents and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of residents
  • Support your team in providing high-quality care
Requirements:
  • PSW Program Certificate or Diploma is an asset but not required
  • Passion and heart for providing quality care
  • Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation required
  • Ability to communicate positively with other staff, residents, and families
