Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

An Apple A Daycare is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to work with children aged 0-5 years. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and be able to create a nurturing and engaging environment for our children.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and assistants
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians
  • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings
Requirements
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in early childhood education
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending. The candidate must be able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
