Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proficient sales skills and effective communication.
  • Foster professional relationships with associates and doctors to drive business growth.
  • Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions, fit and adapt lenses and frames, and provide expert recommendations on lens coatings and frames.
  • Conduct measurements and troubleshoot vision issues confidently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new associates to improve frame and lens selection knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • State licensure or certification as an optician
  • Experience in retail or customer service
  • Sales skills and ability to meet/exceed sales results
  • Ability to present creative solutions to grow the business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Success in store merchandising and attention to detail
