We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machining Tool Operator to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. As a CNC Machining Tool Operator, you will be responsible for operating and setting up machines to perform repetitive machining operations, verifying dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, and preparing etching solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations, ensuring high precision and accuracy.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Prepare etching solutions and immerse metal parts or workpieces into the etching solution to remove unwanted portions.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Enter codes specifying speed, feed, and cut of the toolpath for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools.
  • Clean and maintain the work space to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high precision and accuracy in machining operations.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Reliability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
