The Internal Audit Department provides world-class service to stakeholders by delivering independent, objective assurance and consulting services. As an Internal Auditor, you will participate in planning audit mandates, identify internal controls to mitigate risks, comprehend business processes using flowcharts and narratives, test the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, document work performed and results obtained, communicate progress and results of audits, synthesize findings in draft reports, and perform follow-up procedures on previous audit findings.
We seek a highly skilled individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or related field is required. CPA certification is preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is necessary, with knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and Sarbanes-Oxley legislative requirements. Experience with data analytics, automated application controls, and audit command language (ACL) is an asset.
