Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Sr. Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for developing sustainable business relationships with clients, gaining increased knowledge of their needs and challenges, and implementing effective solutions through our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges to implement effective solutions.
- Present project vision, architecture, and strategy to clients, driving transformation and innovation in medium-large client organizations.
- Assist business development with project requirements, developing related estimates and aiding in completing the Scope of Work (SOW).
- Conduct needs analysis and gather client requirements, successfully installing, configuring, deploying, and customizing our solutions for multiple clients.
- Create and conduct testing to validate solutions meet specifications of the SOW, ensuring assigned projects are delivered in alignment with our best practices.
- Lead projects of diverse sizes, assisting the team manager with project identification and assignment as needed, ensuring consultants are aware of timelines associated with assigned tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry technology trends through self-study and formal training, sharing knowledge internally and externally via white papers, blog posts, and social media.
- Complete at minimum one (1) certification exam a year, maintaining and submitting accurate weekly timesheets in compliance with time reporting procedures.
- Contribute to the financial success of the company by maintaining high utilization numbers.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing modules of D365 F&SCM/AX or overall experience with all versions of Dynamics AX/365.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) certification.
- Strong people skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, integrity, and honesty, flexible, results-oriented, resourceful, problem-solving ability, and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to communicate Cambay Solutions' extraordinary value to help facilitate additional opportunities within the client account.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
- Dynamics GP/NAV/SL experience.
- Data Integrations/Migrations experience.
- Software Development experience.
- Dynamics 365 CE/CRM experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in relevant Microsoft discipline(s).
