Career Rehabilitation Counselor

At Lifemark, we are seeking a skilled Vocational Specialist to assist individuals with their return to work post injury/disability.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of vocational rehabilitation and employment counseling, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in conducting vocational assessments, career and employment counseling, and job development/placement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting vocational assessments to identify alternate vocational options
- Assisting clients with workforce re-entry through coaching on resume development, job finding, and interview skills
- Writing detailed reports according to customer requirements
- Facilitating job search workshops
Successful candidates will possess a CVRP, CVRP-TSA, or CCVE designation or the ability to obtain same within 3 months of employment. Bilingualism in French and English is highly desired.
