Procurement Strategist

At Sinclair Dental Ottawa, we're seeking a seasoned Procurement Strategist to lead our purchasing team. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing processes, contract/vendor management practices, and driving areas of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing processes to optimize procurement efficiency
  • Manage contracts and vendors to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in supply chain/procurement, including leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in quantitative analytics
  • College or University degree in Procurement, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related discipline
