Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to join our Cloud Platform and Products team. As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop reference architectures for SAP Private Cloud deployments across hyperscaler and co-location data centers
  • Align partner deployments with SAP Fioneer reference architectures and operating models
  • Provide cloud architecture advisory services to customers and internal teams
  • Be a go-to expert for technical architecture
  • Maintain a service catalogue for our portfolio of technical services and solutions
  • Ensure standardization and simplification of designs
  • Ensure system designs and operations adhere to customer and FSI regulations
  • Enhance cloud readiness assessments
  • Provide network architecture knowledge and advisory services for customer connection options on hyperscaler, private cloud DCs, and PaaS
  • Drive customer onboarding with handover to environments and operations teams
  • Stay up-to-date with general and industry security standards and compliance in SOC2 and ISO27001

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS and/or SAP Technical Architecture
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of IT security standards, compliance, and technical architecture
  • Experience with hyperscaler technologies
  • Experience and mindset in technical security, with a preference for experience in the FSI or a regulated industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, curious, and flexible mindset with the ability to learn quickly
