Job Summary
The Integrated Solutions Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the Wireless Communications and VS&A markets. They will collaborate with technical teams to develop and tailor integrated solutions that meet specific client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven sales experience, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities within the Wireless Communications and VS&A markets
* Collaborate with technical teams to develop and tailor integrated solutions that meet specific client requirements
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges
* Establish and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, solution providers, and industry leaders
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote integrated solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 10+ years of Telecom Service and Technical Experience; thorough understanding of telecommunications, two-way radio system, infrastructure, and application
* Experience with Kenwood, Motorola, and Harris product and solutions, as well as Analog, Digital DMR Tiers, P25, Antenna, Dispatch Solutions, and IP platforms
* 5+ years of Enterprise Account Management experience
* Results-oriented individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and timelines within a technical environment
* Commitment to working in a team environment, with demonstrated team building abilities
* Task oriented with strong attention to technical detail and execution
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a wide variety of projects and escalations simultaneously
* Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance for solutions as part of hand-off between design/product development and operational/field development and support
* Practical understanding of relevant safety, technical, quality, and environmental standards for specific sites, and as per unique customer requirements
* Excellent problem solving and communication skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with contractors, employees, and clients
* Ability to work effectively in a changing environment
* Forward thinking and confident
* Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word
* Knowledge of RQ Metrix and or Ormandy is an asset
* Knowledge of ERP is an asset
* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record to travel to customer sites as required
* Valid passport for business travel as required
* Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance throughout employment if required by customer
* Complete any necessary safety training and certification, including complying with drug and alcohol requirements to achieve site access
