Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Worker to join our team at Gaye Lefaivre. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging clients in activities and conversations.
  • Assist clients with medication administration, as required.
  • Monitor clients' progress, reporting any changes or concerns to our team.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, standing, and walking.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
